- MPD will probably use either talkgroup 16656 or 21232.
- DCFD will probably use either 2096, 2112, or 2128. They may patch the talkgroup to 867.4875 [156.7].
- Nationals Park staff will be using their MOTOTRBO frequencies (unmonitorable).
- CSC Event Staff, which provides crowd control/security at baseball games, could very well be working this concert. Look for them on 463.8000 [ d152] (R), 461.3875 [ d152] (S), and 461.1375 [ d152] (S).
- The people working the actual concert could use a wide variety of frequencies, probably simplex. I would look first between 461-470 MHz. Also check 451-453 and the VHF itinerants.

Weekend Event
After several events last weekend, this weekend seems a bit quieter. The only major event I can find is the first-ever concert at Nationals Park, with Billy Joel and Elton John. Most of the frequencies normally used at Nats Park will probably be in use for the concert:
