It's quite a distance from DC, but there is a Richmond scanner club (Central Virginia Radio Enthusiasts) meeting today. It's from 1:30-4:00 PM at the
LaPrade Library in Chesterfield County. The library is at 9000 Hull Street Road, Richmond, VA 23236.
