The
STARS Dumfries site has been active with talkgroups for at least a couple of weeks. The most common talkgroups seen are the VSP Fairfax channels, but I've also seen a VSP Culpeper talkgroup and a Corrections talkgroup. Since this is a "filler" site, the range is limited, but it's certainly welcome for those in the immediate area.
