Marine Corps Marathon Monitoring

There are many things to monitor for Sunday's Marine Corps Marathon. Last year, I posted suggestions for monitoring in advance of the race, and then finds after the race concluded. Much of the information from last year will probably be valid this year, although the talkgroups on the Marine Corps system and the Arlington system vary somewhat year-to-year.
