Air Canada is using the
800 MHz MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus Aeronautical Radio system at Reagan National Airport. The system is
licensed for five frequencies, but only one has been seen in use. The only talkgroup noted was the one for Air Canada. The system was previously a Motorola Type I system that was used by Continental several years ago.
