Georgetown University Switches to Capacity Plus

Georgetown University recently switched from conventional DMR repeaters to a multi-site Capacity Plus system. Only one site has been identified, but that site indicates the presence of three other sites. In brief monitoring, numerous talkgroups appeared, but only a couple have been identified so far.
