Target Changing Frequency Plans

Target Stores appear to be changing frequency plans at some stores with "older" UHF frequencies. The Target in the Central Park shopping center in Fredericksburg has abandoned 461.0375, 466.2875, etc. The Target at Stafford Marketplace has abandoned 467.5125, 467.4875, etc. Both stores are now using the frequency plans of 467.7500, 467.7750, etc. This latter plan is the "newest" one Target has implemented in their stores. I assume they're pursuing nationwide consistency with their frequencies.
