Numerous Updates to DC and Baltimore

Because of some recent trips, I've been able to make lots of updates to the DC and Baltimore (and Philadelphia) pages on my website. (I still have a bunch of updates for the DC page.) Also, I'm slowly working on organizing the DC business frequencies into categories, like hotels, property management, retail, etc.
