Presidential Building FCC App

The Presidential Building, located at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, has an application pending before the FCC for a DMR repeater on 464.7500, and DMR simplex on 464.3625.

The building is still licensed for two other DMR simplex frequencies.

Mosaic District FCC App

Eskridge (E&A), which owns the Mosaic District in Fairfax County, has an application pending before the FCC for an analog/DMR base/mobile configuration on 464.0125, and analog/DMR simplex on 464.1875, 456.7375, and 457.1625.

Bloomberg FCC License

Bloomberg, located at 1101 New York Ave. NW in DC, was recently licensed for an analog/DMR repeater on 451.5500.

Prince George's Trap & Skeet Center FCC App

Prince George's Trap & Skeet Center has an application pending before the FCC for simplex on 451.3125, 451.6125, 452.1375, and 452.8625.

Washington Hospital Center FCC App

Washington Hospital Center has an application pending before the FCC for a three-site DMR trunked system. Each site will use two frequencies:

464.0625, 464.3125
461.5125, 461.9125
462.1625, 463.2875

This system will probably replace the current LTR system in use at WHC.

National Museum of the Marine Corps License

The National Museum of the Marine Corps was recently licensed for a DMR repeater on 461.6375, and DMR simplex on 461.9000 and 466.9000. (The licensee name is actually Electronic Metrology Laboratory, but this appears to be for general museum operations.) The museum was previously noted using DTR radios.

Arlington Schools Modifies License

Arlington Schools recently modified its license to add an analog/DMR repeater on 152.4050 at 3035 S. Abingdon St. (Abingdon Elementary), an analog/DMR repeater on 153.0650 at 5554 Beverleys Mill Rd. in Fauquier County (Arlington Outdoor Lab), and an analog/DMR repeater on 153.3050 at 1030 N. McKinley Rd. (McKinley Elementary).

NHL Stadium Series FCC License

Go Wireless was recently licensed for several UHF simplex frequencies for the NHL Stadium Series event on March 3 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
