Loudoun County Project 25 Trunked System

Loudoun County's Project 25 trunked system is coming online. This system includes both Project 25 Phase I talkgroups (which can be monitored with current scanners) as well as TDMA talkgroups (which cannot be monitored with today's scanners). If any Phase I radio affiliates to a talkgroup, all transmissions on that talkgroup will be P25 Phase I. This means that scanner listeners still have some opportunity to monitor this system.
