The Hotel Monaco DC, located at 700 F St. NW, was recently licensed for simplex on 451.5875, 457.0625, 456.5875, 456.7125, 457.6625, 452.0625, 452.6625, and 451.7125.
The hotel has used 451.8000 [ d703] and 456.8000 [ d703] unlicensed, so these new frequencies will probably replace the two older ones.
