There was an active shooter exercise at NSWC Dahlgren last week. Several new talkgroups were active on the Joint National Capital Region trunked system. Interestingly, the talkgroups that are normally used for primary law enforcement/fire dispatch were used for the exercise. Here's what was used:

22264 Police
22268 Police
22316 Unknown
