George Mason University LTR System

George Mason University is running an LTR system, as previously suspected. Surprisingly, the system was quiet for a weekday. This may be because the system is new, and users are still migrating to it. However, I didn't monitor traffic on GMU's legacy UHF repeater frequencies either.
