Yesterday, STARS talkgroup 96 (VSP Richmond 3) was used for a communications link to Louisa County. This may have been used for an exercise at the North Anna Power Station.
Spotsylvania County talkgroup 02-041 (Sheriff Patrol 2) may also have been linked, but this was not confirmed.
