Hertz has an application pending before the FCC for operations at Dulles Airport. The app calls for an analog and DMR repeater on 463.3250, and analog and DMR simplex on 451.1875, 451.6375, 452.8875, 456.1875, and 457.8875.
Hertz already has a license for a DMR repeater on 462.4500; it's unknown if these new frequencies will replace or complement it.
