The Four Seasons Hotel in DC has an application pending before the FCC. The app calls for a trunked system using 461.4250 and 461.9375. The frequencies are coded for analog and DMR.
The hotel has an active license for a UHF repeater and several simplex frequencies, and some of these have been monitored:
