L'Enfant Plaza is confirmed using a third DMR repeater, probably in IP Site Connect mode or similar:
464.1875 [ ] Security (DMR - Color Code 7, Slot 2, Group 11)
The property also uses 463.9000 and 464.5250. 463.9000 and 464.1875 are licensed, but 464.5250 is on an expired license. The three frequencies provide coverage for several buildings and underground areas at L'Enfant Plaza. 464.5250 can be monitored in a much wider area than 463.9000 and 464.1875.
The Anthem music venue at The Wharf is using their two recently-licensed repeaters in analog mode. Here's the latest line-up:

On Tuesday, when monitoring of The Anthem frequencies was done, there was a constant open carrier on 461.4375, which interfered with The Anthem and other users on the frequency.
