The United States Institute of Peace is using DMR on 452.9750. The organization had switched to DMR on 451.8625 some time ago, but it was never confirmed that they were using DMR on 452.9750 until recently. The two groups monitored on 452.9750 may have been for a special event at the organization's headquarters.
