The unknown user on 464.7500 referenced in a previous post is the Presidential Building at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave. There was a call on the frequency for a stalled elevator, and security said they were calling DC Fire. On DC Fire's dispatch talkgroup, 1111 Pennsylvania Ave. was confirmed. Here are the groups monitored on the frequency:
