Capitol Radio Communications FCC App

Capitol Radio Communications, which provides commercial radio services, has an application pending before the FCC. The app calls for two repeaters and eight simplex frequencies. The repeaters are supposed to operate at 22000 America Online Way. This is the headquarters of America Online, and America Online has used the two repeaters (463.4500 and 464.9750) for some time now. It's possible that Capitol Radio Communications is taking over the maintenance of the frequencies.
