Capital One FCC App
Capital One, a financial services company in McLean, has an application pending before the FCC. The app calls for a repeater on 463.7500, and simplex on 464.7000. (Several simplex itinerant frequencies are also on the application.) The frequencies are coded for analog and MOTOTRBO.
