Thanks to a new software-defined radio that monitors the entire 850 MHz DC trunked system, I have been able to identify/clarify several talkgroups on the system:
33840 Reeves Center Security
34192 Medical Holding Unit
34368 St. Elizabeth's Hospital Maintenance
36880 Department of Health Emergency Healthcare Radio Network
