Balloon Crash in Caroline County

Here are STARS talkgroups monitored during rescue/recovery operations for the hot air balloon crash in Caroline County:

• 3 (VSP Richmond 2) - In use Friday night for operations.
• 16 (VSP Tac Team 1) - In use Friday night for units responding to the scene.
• 96 (VSP Richmond 3) - In use on Saturday for operations.
• 6125 (Interop LE 1) - Patched to 154.9650 [186.2] (Caroline FD 3).

VSP and other agencies may also have been using an on-scene trunked system (particularly on Saturday and Sunday), such as the STARS mobile trailer.
