MOTOTRBO IP Site Connect Network

This past Saturday, several UHF DMR frequencies were linked together, probably using MOTOTRBO IP Site Connect. A user was not determined, but "GSA Command Center" and "pump house" were monitored. The communications may have involved working on HVAC systems. The only plausible license for the frequencies is Reach Wireless.  (The numbers after the frequency are the color code, slot, and group, respectively.)
