Talkgroup 166 on the DC trunked system appeared to be used by people in the medical tents on the Mall. These were staffed by outside agencies, such as Montgomery County and George Washington University Hospital.
451.8000 carried the audio of the rally, as well as directions from audio-visual personnel. The NBC Sports Network televised the rally, so they may have used this frequency.
