Manassas Utilities is using a MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus trunked system. I was only able to confirm the LCN for one of the frequencies. According to the license, the system has another site, which I did not monitor.
Interestingly, the license does not indicate that the system is trunked. This system seems like overkill for a relatively small utility provider, but maybe the large capacity is for data transmissions.
