University of Maryland University College has an application pending before the FCC. The app calls for DMR repeaters on 461.2250, 461.7500, 463.3500, and 464.2250.
These frequencies were previously licensed. 461.2250, 461.7500, and 464.2250 were all confirmed in use, with DCS of 311.
