New STARS Site

STARS site 130 is active with a control channel of 161.8725. The only voice frequency seen so far is 162.0000. The control channel is strong in Fredericksburg, but the site may be located to the west, as the talkgroups for VSP Culpeper 1 and Appomattox 2 were seen.

Is there a list that shows what talkgroups are retransmitted by what site?
