DC Trunked System Talkgroup 2113 Update

An update to an initial post on DC trunked system talkgroup 2113: this talkgroup was monitored on the evening of the MLB All-Star game. "DGS Command" and "mobile command" were heard. The talkgroup may have had nothing to do with the game; "DGS" may be "Department of General Services."
