Ritz-Carlton Washington Modifies License

The Ritz-Carlton Washington (not the Georgetown location) recently modified its license to add DMR emissions designators to its repeaters on 451.7875 and 452.0125. The hotel also added analog/DMR simplex frequencies 451.7750, 456.7750, 451.7125, and 456.7125.
